Nicole Nicodemas is an assistant principal and drama teacher at Animo Film and Theater Arts Charter High School in Los Angeles, CA. Nicole began her career as an actor before setting her sights on teaching. Her former student described her as someone who “is very demanding and tough. However, she quickly takes an interest in all of her students. She is the only teacher I could ever trust. She always had time for anyone who needed help to meet her expectations. She would not let us fail. We all felt special in her life. When I met her, college was merely a thought, not a possibility. She is a passionate woman and she inspired in me a love of literature and learning like no other teacher. Her passion for words and reading was contagious. In addition, because of her I was able to take and pass the college entrance exams and make it to my college of choice. I wouldn’t be here if not for her.”
